Job Description

You will assist the Lease Management team with additional property tax computations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of additional property tax payable by tenants
• Examine relevant clauses on property tax claw backs in lease agreements
• Assess the viability of claw backs from tenants
• Prepare and send letters to tenants regarding relevant property tax claw backs when initiated
• Respond to and interact with tenants regarding their queries
• Liaise with the Finance team to issue invoices to tenants
• Track and monitor payments by tenants
• Support other administrative or ad-hoc tasks (e.g., AV review) as assigned

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Real Estate Business, Finance, or a related discipline
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with numbers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Prior knowledge of real estate or valuation is advantageous
• Meticulous and proactive
