Job Description

You will be assisting the Raffles City Marketing and Communications (Marcoms) team with their day-to-day activities and projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of overall advertising and promotional activities for the Mall to generate traffic and revenue.
• Assist in conceptualizing and executing various digital and in-mall campaigns, including the creation of simple artwork.
• Gather shoppers’ and tenants’ feedback about the Mall and our services.
• Build relationships with tenants and garner their participation in the Mall’s activities.
• Evaluate the results of Marcom activities and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis.
• Perform market research on the retail industry, trends in events, and campaigns.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Media & Communications, or any other related disciplines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Positive attitude to pick up new skills.
• Able to multi-task and deliver given tasks within timelines.
• Good analytical skills.
