We are currently seeking an intern/temp with strong project management skills, great PowerPoint skills, and a passion for creating innovative, dynamic, unique experiences for our clients and account teams. A proactive and hard-working attitude will help you excel in this role.

Work You’ll Do

Lab Design and Execution

• Support local Greenhouse lab design by planning and managing all lab materials and tools.
• Participate in and document design sessions for both repeat and custom offerings.
• Research as part of the design effort.
• Participate in Greenhouse lab delivery on an ongoing basis, including providing on-site support under the mentorship and guidance of Lab Managers and Lab Leads.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for each lab, including capturing notes and synthesizing and organizing information for documentation purposes.
• Research and pilot innovative approaches that can be deployed in a Greenhouse experience and/or environment.
• Capture notes from design calls with customers and translate them into a design protocol or agenda.

Program Management

• Manage logistics and provide operational support, including underlying project management for assigned Greenhouse labs in the Deloitte Greenhouse.
• Work collaboratively with Singapore Greenhouse team members to promote teamwork and high quality deliverables.
• Research and test creative/innovative approaches and technologies that could be leveraged in the Greenhouse.

Requirements

• Self-starter capable of working independently, proactively, and operating effectively in ambiguity.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage work across multiple streams.
• Excellent presence, with strong writing and oral presentation skills.
• Understands risk management and knows what and when to escalate to the Greenhouse Leader.
