Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to incoming leads or enquiries from various digital platforms, e.g. website, social media, email, WhatsApp and Telegram.
• Lead qualification by following up on campaign leads via text message or email.
• Update leads and customer data in the database for direct marketing, analysis, and reporting.
• Support the planning and execution of both digital and offline B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Assist in the production and/or updating of marketing creatives and collaterals.
• Provide logistical and coordination support when required, e.g. Agent Site Tours and Partner Rewards Event.
• Assist in exploring process improvement initiatives.
• Support marketing research or other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Media & Communications, or any other related disciplines.
• Keen interest in gaining hands-on experience in B2B marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel (prior knowledge of formulas/pivot tables is a plus).
• Knowledge of Power BI, Canva, Photoshop or video editing software is an added advantage.
• Prior experience or interest in customer service is an added advantage.
