Job Description

Responsibilities

• Support business development prospecting by assisting with cold calling for new prospects and leasing enquiries.
• Assist in market research and data collection to plan and execute the intended trade mix.
• Support the preparation of presentation slides and Excel data entry/analysis.
• Assist with administrative work when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business, Real Estate Business, or any other related disciplines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of real estate principles.
• Strong numerical skills are an advantage.
• Keen interest in the F&B/Retail/Entertainment industry.
