Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the mall, including cleaning, M&E, fire safety, and car park operations.
• Prepare technical specifications for Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation for repair and maintenance works.
• Assist in coordinating tenancy fitting-out and reinstatement works.
• Liaise with tenants on outstanding fit-out submissions after renovation and following submission of renovation invoices.
• Update Environment Health and Sustainability (EHS) and ISO documentation, and file records to comply with ISO 9001.
• Provide assistance with Capex works.
• Conduct daily site walks with cleaning supervisors and technicians to ensure cleanliness and identify building defects.
• Support other ad-hoc operations duties as required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or any related disciplines.
• Basic Facilities Management knowledge.
• Basic M&E knowledge.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
