The insight programmes are positioned earlier in school than most peer banks' UK equivalents, so the practical decision for a UK candidate is whether to enter Morgan Stanley's pipeline at year 12 / 13 through Step In, Step Up before the spring-week year, rather than waiting for a penultimate-year insight programme.
