What’s The Role?

Are you passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience at the intersection of finance and technology? Consider joining the Bloomberg Customer Support (BCS) team, a vital part of our User Support business.

In this role, you will support the world’s leading financial professionals by ensuring they have seamless access to Bloomberg’s powerful tools and data, enabling them to make critical, real-time decisions. Your responsibilities are focused on two key areas:

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Providing superior support to a broad range of clients.
  • Workflow & Technical Management: Ensuring fast and effective management of various client workflows and resolving Bloomberg terminal-related hardware/software issues.

Key duties include:

  • Supporting client onboarding by handling software installation and setup.
  • Managing license and login-related queries, including configuration of proprietary hardware (e.g., biometric authentication devices and keyboards).
  • Providing technical and login support for mobile and desktop applications via phone, email, and Bloomberg Instant Messaging.
  • Proactively reaching out to clients to assist with license activation, hardware setup, and software configuration.
  • Collaborating with internal teams across functions and regions to resolve complex issues while maintaining clear communication and company standards.
  • Connecting with high-profile clients, including CEOs and executive managers, by providing technical training on the Bloomberg Terminal and directing them to relevant internal teams based on their product needs.

Candidate Requirements

This is an entry-level role requiring:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Ability to start full-time work in January 2027.
  • Up to 3 years of full-time work experience.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Thai, as the role supports Thai-speaking markets.
  • A strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service via live, interactive media (phone, messaging, etc.).
  • Demonstrated interest in financial markets or technology, with an aspiration to grow within the financial/fintech services industry (e.g., from major or activities).
  • Experience with customer support or stakeholder engagement across various profiles (school, work, or extracurricular).
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and the ability to effectively retain and apply new information.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the aptitude to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
  • Effective multi-tasking and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work both independently and within a global team.
  • A clear interest in progressing a career within Bloomberg.
