The Opportunity

As a Test Centre Administrator, you will play an important role in our worldwide organization by supporting diverse candidates attending our Pearson VUE Test Centres to complete their exams. You will be responsible for ensuring secure exam delivery while providing exceptional, friendly customer service.

Key Details:

• Minimum required hours: 8.25 hours/week.
• Position type: Limited term (3 months).
• Pay rate: £14.80 per hour, paid monthly.
• Availability required: Monday to Saturday, including late nights.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be required to:

• Welcome, greet, and check-in customers and test-taking candidates.
• Strictly comply with all exam testing security protocols and company policies, using careful judgment.
• Verify candidates' personal identification documents and clearly explain the exam testing process and rules.
• Proctor and invigilate candidates throughout their examination or test session.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the Test Centre by liaising with internal departments, such as IT.
• Perform necessary housekeeping duties, such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards and workstations.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a friendly, professional team player who can help people during a significant life event while protecting the integrity of the Pearson VUE testing process.

Required Attributes:

• Must possess school qualifications in English and Mathematics.
• Excellent attention to detail, including monitoring restricted behavior and noticing subtle details from a distance.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time and escort candidates to and from the testing room.
• Must be flexible to work various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
