Pearson's main structured early-careers offering is the Pearson Campus Ambassador (PCA) program, a part-time student brand-ambassador role active at over 100 US university campuses. PCAs work 5-10 hours per week on a hybrid pattern (1-2 in-person sessions per month, plus 5-7 virtual projects and 3-4 calls), commit to at least one academic year, and earn $10 per hour; eligibility is open to freshmen, sophomores, and juniors at a 3.0 or higher GPA across all majors. Outside the PCA program Pearson does not publish a graduate scheme or cohort-based intern programme — other student-eligible roles are posted ad-hoc on the firm's job board (for example, an Apprentice, Software Engineer in Bangalore) one requisition at a time. Pearson itself states that the PCA role "will not directly increase your chances of being selected for a full-time role at Pearson post-graduation", so a candidate targeting a graduate route into the firm should plan to apply role-by-role rather than treat any single programme as a pipeline.
