ATT-CTA Graduate Apprenticeship Programme

Programme Overview

When you join, you will start working towards the ATT-CTA qualification. As an apprentice, you will be involved with client work as part of a supportive and inclusive team. Our apprentices have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients representing various industry sectors, giving you a well-rounded experience. We prioritise your growth by providing you with a mentor and training manager throughout the programme.

Tax Team

Our Tax teams manage and handle various aspects of taxation for individuals, businesses, and organisations. Their primary role is to ensure clients comply with tax laws and regulations while optimising their tax positions to minimise tax liabilities legally. Overall, our tax teams help individuals and businesses navigate the complex world of taxation, supporting both compliance and financial optimisation within the boundaries of the law.

Requirements

• Individuals who are collaborative and eager to take on new challenges
• A minimum of a 2:2 undergraduate degree in any degree discipline
• Minimum of 2 x A levels (A–C) and one other A level or equivalent
• 5 GCSEs at grades A*–C or 9–4 (including Maths and English Language or equivalent)
• Ability to absorb new information and adapt quickly
• Comfortable working with numbers and demonstrating strong attention to detail
• Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication skills
• Able to explain financial information in an accessible and supportive manner
