12-Month University Placement

During the 12 month University placement, you will have the opportunity to rotate around the key business areas in Audit, Tax and Accounts. This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to start their professional career at a dynamic, relationship-driven firm dedicated to helping grow clients’ businesses through innovative solutions and services.

The placement programme provides flexibility to learn about Audit, Tax and Accounts, with the long-term aspiration of helping you decide which field you would like to start your graduate career in. At the end of the programme, both you and Menzies LLP will decide whether to progress to a Graduate Programme. If progressing, you will have a choice of going onto either the Menzies ATT-CTA or ACA Graduate Trainee programme.

Ongoing training and development is provided throughout your Menzies career.

Requirements

• Collaborative and eager to take on new challenges
• On track to receive a minimum of a 2:2 undergraduate degree in any degree discipline
• Minimum of 2 A levels (A–C) and one other A level or equivalent
• 5 GCSEs grades A*–C or 9–4 (including Maths and English Language or equivalent)
• Ability to absorb new information and adapt quickly
• Comfortable working with numbers and demonstrating strong attention to detail
• Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication skills
• Able to explain financial information in an accessible and supportive manner
