External Audit Intern – Audit & Assurance (Winter 2026 Internship)

What impact will you make?

The internship programme provides exposure to real-world processes through Deloitte’s global platforms during client audits. You will develop know-how in data analytics and cognitive technology, supported by on-the-job training, leadership guidance, and hands-on audit experience. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate on cross-border teams, strengthening assurance efforts across diverse industries, while connecting academic and practical learning to drive audit innovation.

Work you’ll do

In this programme, you will support Audit engagement teams by performing assurance and testing work for a portfolio of diversified clients across different industries. You will use Deloitte’s holistic global platforms, including Deloitte Omnia (cloud-based) and Deloitte Levvia. With exposure to the professional work environment and additional internship training, you will build value-adding skills and gain an understanding of real-world audit practices.

Requirements

• Accountancy undergraduates with a strong interest in pursuing a career in external audit
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
• Singapore CA Qualifications are preferred
• For the December 2026 intake, interns must commit to a minimum internship period of 8 weeks

• Upon completion of the Winter internship programme, you may be given priority consideration to embark on the Deloitte Accelerated Career Programme (FasTrack or Propel).
