What you will do

• Assist in researching potential business opportunities in the Cruise, Attractions, and Events & Entertainment sectors to evaluate and prioritize new business leads.
• Onboard new travel products, including cruises, car services, and events on Klook’s platform.
• Prepare pitch materials, proposals, and presentations for potential partners.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, the competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Business Development, Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
• Support relationship management with current partners by addressing their needs and ensuring mutual growth.
• Assist with managing contracts, invoices, and administrative tasks related to merchants.
• Support vertical-related projects as needed, including formulating project plans, execution, and post-project reporting/analysis.
• Track partnership performance through reporting and analytics.

• Effective communicator with the ability to share and receive key information and build relationships with key contacts across the company.
• Strong attention to detail; organized and motivated to prioritize tasks and improve the Klook merchant experience.
• Proactive working style with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• Startup mindset—highly collaborative, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently when required.
• Familiarity with content management systems and experience with data entry and customer service would be an advantage.
• Experience in a multicultural, cross-functional, or startup environment would be an advantage.
