Tencent splits its early-careers hiring into two separate tracks.
The global campus recruitment page lists, under "Other Countries and Regions", the 2026 Spring Campus Recruitment for 2026 and 2027 graduating students and the 2026 Global Internship Program, a minimum two-month internship open to current undergraduates and postgraduates. Mainland China campus roles are routed to a separate portal, join.qq.com, and the global site explicitly directs China-based applicants there. Currently open campus-graduate roles on the overseas track are posted in Singapore, Amsterdam, Tokyo, Palo Alto, and London across business groups including IEG (gaming) and TEG (technology). The two tracks have separate applications and timelines, so a candidate's first decision is geographic, not functional – choosing the overseas track narrows the realistic role pool to those five hub cities and out of the much larger China headcount.
