What You’ll Do

• Support the end-to-end operational processes for event and entertainment partners, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Manage and maintain relationships with merchants and partners through regular communication and performance updates.
• Monitor business operations processes and provide insights to optimize results and improve partner outcomes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, finance, and customer service) to execute online and offline campaigns effectively.
• Assist in planning and implementing promotional activities and partner campaigns.
• Handle partner inquiries, technical issues, and ad-hoc requests with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational efficiency within the vertical.

What You’ll Need

• 1–2 years of experience in operations, account management, or partner support — experience in events, entertainment, or e-commerce is a strong plus. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
