About Sales and Business Development

Sales and Business Development are a group of explorers who work with businesses on the ground to find new experiences for our users, negotiate exclusive deals, and unleash our merchant partners’ full potential through account management.

What You’ll Do

• Product Onboarding & Configuration: Assist in onboarding new products and configuring backend systems to ensure smooth operations and user experience.
• Content Operations: Support in writing, formatting, and managing operational content across platforms (no creative writing required).
• Tool & System Usage: Operate various internal and external tools to carry out daily operations—fast learners are highly valued.
• Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the Contractor.

What You’ll Need

• Fast learner who can pick up new systems and tools quickly.
• Highly adaptable in fast-changing environments, with a can-do attitude.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• At least 3 full work days per week is required.
