Job Description

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development, and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.

The intern will be responsible for:

• Assisting in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and presentation materials
• Supporting basic research on clients, markets, and competitors
• Maintaining a tracking list of business development opportunities and pitches
• Supporting the servicing of existing client accounts, including meeting preparation and follow-ups
• Coordinating with internal teams on project-related tasks
• Organising documents, presentations, and project materials
• Tracking billables and costs for third-party projects
• Supporting simple project trackers and documentation for finance and reporting
• Ensuring project records are organised and kept up to date
• Helping develop and update service offerings and product materials
• Supporting internal initiatives related to new ideas, tools, or frameworks
• Preparing materials for government agency engagements
• Supporting documentation and tracking for grants and capability development programmes

• Understanding of client servicing, pitching, and professional services delivery

Job Requirements

• Undergraduate or postgraduate student
• Interest in business, real estate, sustainability, or urban development
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel, and basic research
