Keppel

Keppel runs two named campus programmes, both anchored in Singapore, per the firm's careers page:

• Keppel Associate Programme (KAP) – a two-year graduate programme of job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development, recruiting across five tracks: Fund Management & Investment, Infrastructure, Real Estate, Connectivity, and Centralised Functions (HR, Finance)
• Keppel Internship Programme – for undergraduates in their second or penultimate year of study, run in two intakes: a Spring intake of 17 to 20 weeks (January to May) and a Summer intake of 10 to 12 weeks (May to August)

The KAP runs only one entry cohort a year and the internship runs two intakes, so the same candidate can be in the running for an internship now and a KAP seat a year later – but a graduate cannot enter the KAP outside that single annual window. The track is chosen at the point of application; rotations sit inside that track rather than across the whole firm.

The legacy offshore-and-marine business was merged with Sembcorp Marine in 2023 to form Seatrium, and Keppel has set a target of managing S$200 billion in funds by 2030, against S$88 billion at end-2024. For an early-career applicant the practical consequence is that the firm a 2026 graduate joins is the post-restructuring asset manager, not the engineering conglomerate older alumni describe; the KAP tracks map directly to the four current platforms, so a candidate should know which platform they want before applying rather than expecting a generalist start that defers the choice.
