Client Service Executive

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Client Service Executive.

Role Overview

In this role, you act as the primary point of contact for high net worth (HNW) and ultra high net worth (UHNW) individual clients, both externally and internally, for flow transactional banking elements. You support one or more Relationship Managers to deepen HNW/UHNW individual client relationships and improve income generation through focused business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of client service by handling HNW client enquiries and requests.
• Ensure HNW client account opening documentation is complete and accurate, requirements are met, and data is entered in a timely manner in the correct and consistent format.
• May be involved in the credit application process by ensuring credit applications meet deadlines.
• Ensure all HNW client-service related activities comply with relevant processes and procedures.
• Assist Relationship Managers with taking orders and preparing daily transactions accurately, promptly, and completely, ensuring smooth coordination with processing departments on migrated processes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven and progressive private banking experience (or equivalent).
• Proven skills in customer service, communications, sales, mathematics, analytical thinking, organization, and planning.
• Good understanding of major products or services available in the private banking industry.
• Credit skills, ideally obtained in an area dealing with HNW individuals or Business Banking.
• Technology skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English.
• A good team player with drive for success and achievement.
