As the largest wealth manager in Japan, we have a high ambition to build on our Wealth Management business in Asia and the Middle East, and extend that expertise to other global wealth management centers.

- Serve as a trusted advisor, supporting clients through all business and life cycles.
- Work closely with Global Markets and Investment Banking to provide disciplined and seamless business connectivity across our well-integrated Wholesale platform.
About the Program
As part of our Summer Internship Program, you will gain first-hand experience and insights into a career in wealth management. You will get a feel for our culture, acquire valuable on-the-job training, and expand your network. This program is a key pipeline to our Graduate Analyst Program in Asia.
Program details:
- Commences in June 2027 and runs for nine weeks in our Singapore office.
- You will receive orientation and induction training in the first week, typically including business overview sessions where you will learn more about our products and businesses and meet representatives across the firm.
You will work closely under the supervision of experienced professionals or specialists to conduct research, analysis, and develop investment ideas, strategies and opportunities for our clients. You may be involved in:
- Modelling projections of investment returns for clients
- Formulating presentations
- Researching new portfolio strategies
- Supporting projects related to operational processes and transformation platforms as part of a team
The program will help you discover your strengths, hone your skills and competencies, and match your capabilities to the relevant business area to maximize your career potential. You will be assigned a mentor to help you achieve your goals—together with us.

About You

Eligibility

- Candidates must be able to commit for the entire duration of the Summer Internship (June to August 2027) and commence the Graduate Analyst Program in July 2028.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
