What You’ll Do

• Join a close-knit team in either equity or macro research, diving deep into specific sectors or economic trends shaping the world.
• Contribute to real reports and insights that clients rely on.
• Work across markets and regions to help create detailed reports and trade ideas, gaining exposure to different asset classes and global investment themes.
• Build analytical skills by breaking down complex problems and making sense of numbers, data, and trends with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy.
• Assess company performance, evaluate risks, and explain what the data means.
• Present with impact in client meetings, internal updates, and well-crafted research notes.
• Understand how the global economy, current events, and market trends influence investment decisions, and how research supports clients.
• Team up with experienced Analysts and Economists who provide support, share insights, and help you grow.
• Develop confidence using industry tools such as financial modelling platforms, data dashboards, and market intelligence tools to turn complex information into clear, compelling insights.
• Kick off the programme with a full week of structured training led by external experts, then continue learning on the job with feedback, mentorship, and opportunities to stretch.

By the end of the internship, you will have the skills to analyse global markets, explain your findings, and act on them. If you perform well, you may be offered a space on the graduate programme.
