• A penultimate-year-only window for new entrants; the firm's own published policy is that experienced-hire roles require a minimum of three years' experience

For a candidate weighing this firm against a US or European bulge-bracket peer, timing is the binding constraint: missing the penultimate-year internship means waiting several years before the door opens again.
