Relationship Assistant / Manager

Key Responsibilities

English Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value and active-trading clients on the platform to achieve team Assets Under Management (AUM) and sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with Investment Advisory and Product teams to deliver tailored services—including portfolio health checks/diagnostics and asset allocation solutions—aligned with clients' risk profiles and investment objectives.
• Deliver premium, end-to-end services to existing clients, covering account onboarding, ongoing relationship maintenance, and resolving trading-related inquiries and issues.

職責:

• 與平台主動交易型高貢獻客戶建立緊密的關係，以完成團隊資產管理規模和銷售目標。
• 與投資顧問和產品團隊密切合作，根據客戶的需求和風險狀況向他們提供持倉診斷、資產配置等服務。
• 為存量客戶提供優質服務，包括但不限於開戶、關係維護和解決客戶交易類問題。

Requirements

English Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 1–4 years of relevant client-facing / relationship management experience in financial services or brokerage. Fresh graduates will be considered if familiar with trading and financial products.
• Trading Expertise (Must-have): In-depth knowledge of financial products with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in complex derivatives trading.
• Work Authorization: Valid Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card (HKID) or eligible Hong Kong work visa (e.g., IANG, TTPS, QMAS).
• Language Proficiency: Professional working proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin (both spoken and written); fluency in English is a strong plus.
• Mindset: Highly client-centric with strong service orientation, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.

• 本科及以上學歷，金融、經濟或相關專業優先。
• 2-6年客戶相關工作經驗。
• 持有香港身份證 或 在港工作/逗留簽證（IANG/高才/優才）。
• 粵語和國語可以作為工作語言，會英語者優先考慮。
• 熟悉期權，並擁有2年或以上複雜衍生品交易經驗 (必須)。
• 以客為先，有服務意識，能為客戶提供卓越的優質服務。

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

English Preferences:

• Prior experience in Private Banking (PB) or Private Wealth Management (PWM), with a solid understanding of PWM operational workflows, industry regulations, and strong risk & compliance awareness.
• Currently holding SFC Type 1 & 4 representative licenses, or having passed HKSI Licensing Examination Papers 1, 7 & 8.

• 優先考慮有私人銀行或私人財富管理相關工作經驗，熟悉私人財富管理業務流程及相關法規，具備風險及合規意識的候選人。
• 優先考慮持有香港證監會1,4號牌照或通過證券及期貨考試 1,7 & 8 卷的候選人。
