Programme Overview

This 10-week programme will provide an introduction to our Wealth Management division, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in life at Rothschild & Co.

The programme begins with intensive classroom training covering technical skills, internally led presentations, and soft skills training.

During the internship, you will rotate between two Client Advisor teams. Your day-to-day role will involve supporting the team in determining client investment requirements, coordinating investment advice, and handling the day-to-day needs of our clients. You will also gain exposure to the Investment, Lending, and Management teams through project work, networking events, and learning sessions throughout the summer.

Those who perform well during the internship will be considered for any suitable permanent positions that may be available the following summer.

Qualifications and Skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• You must be graduating in 2028; eligible students must be in their penultimate year. Those undertaking two-year Master courses must be opting to graduate in 2028.
• Received AAB at A Level (or equivalent) and be on track for a minimum of a 2:1 or equivalent in your university degree.
