Performance, Rewards and Benefits Intern

Job Description

The Intern will support the regional Performance, Rewards and Benefits team in activities including year-end reviews, system testing, data analysis, and reporting. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to gain practical experience in total rewards.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in the planning, preparation, and execution of year-end performance and compensation reviews, including gathering data, consolidating information, and supporting data analysis.
• Support systems testing for performance, compensation, and benefits-related platforms by working closely with the HR Central Service team and vendors (where required) to ensure a smooth and accurate roll-out.
• Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Assist in the creation of presentations, reports, and data analysis.
• Curate or review communication materials with end-users in mind.
• Collaborate with team members across the region to support ad-hoc requests or activities (as required).
• Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time.
• Adhere to all company policies and guidelines.

Job Requirements

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and handle confidential information.
• Prior experience or coursework related to HR or compensation and benefits is a plus but not required.
