Talent & HR Intern

We are looking for a proactive and eager Talent & HR Intern to support our BU Talent and Talent Acquisition (TA) teams. This role provides hands-on experience in HR operations, year-end review processes, and recruitment activities. You will gain exposure to the full Talent cycle, from employee performance processes to hiring and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

HR Operations (Year-End Review & General Support)

• Assist in coordinating the year end performance review process.
• Prepare and organise review materials, reminders, and follow up actions.
• Support data collation and ensure accurate record keeping in HR systems.
• Help with administrative tasks such as filing, tracking documents, and updating HR records.

Talent Acquisition (Recruitment Exposure)

• Support the TA team with the recruitment process end-to-end.
• Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates where required.
• Support interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Participate in employer branding and recruitment activities.

Other HR Projects

• Support ongoing or ad-hoc HR initiatives and events.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth HR operations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
• Strong interest in HR operations and recruitment.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
