Jefferies’ Equity Research Spring Insight is a programme designed for students interested in pursuing a career in banking. Through a structured programme that includes workshops, social events, and mentoring, you will gain valuable industry experience and learn what it takes to build a long and successful career in Research, along with a unique look into Jefferies’ core businesses.

Recruitment Timelines

Applications for this opportunity will close on November 30th, 2026. Recruitment will take place on a rolling basis, so there may be a delay in screening and online testing; however, the firm will endeavor to provide outcomes to applicants in a timely manner.
