Global Research Summer Internship Program (Equity Research)

Role

Interested in finance and enjoy data analysis and financial models? Join our 2027 Summer Internship Program within UBS’s Global Research business.

You will:

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on companies, industries, and market trends to support investment recommendations and decision-making.
• Assist with data collection, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive research reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings, conference calls, and client presentations to gain exposure to the equity research process and the investment lifecycle.

Your team

You will work in the Investment Bank Equity Research team of economists, strategists, and analysts. The team provides expert knowledge for clients to make informed investment decisions, covering over 3,500 stocks in 51 markets globally.

Your expertise

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Is graduating between December 2027 and June 2028 with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Has excellent analytical skills and is motivated by modeling and research.
• Can gather and analyze data, form a view, and make decisions.
• Has values aligned with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative.
• Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
• Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.
• Can demonstrate how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency.
