HRIS Officer, Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

• Produce timely and accurate human capital metrics and MI dashboards, including headcount, turnover, employee absence, performance, retention, and related measures.
• Prepare workforce and turnover analytics, forecast data, and identify trends to provide insights for business decision-making and strategy formulation.
• Monitor HR system data integrity and user access controls.
• Provide system and process support and advice to HR processes, including organization structure management, position management, performance management, and pay review.
• Participate in HR system change management and other regional MI projects to ensure alignment with Group policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Ideally 1–2 years of experience in HRIS, HR reporting, people analytics, or related HR functions, preferably gained within the banking or financial services industry. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Experience with human capital management systems such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.
• High level of discipline and integrity, with a positive attitude; able to work independently and under pressure.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and able to take initiative.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing.
