• OCBC Graduate Talent Programme — 24 months based in Singapore, with structured rotations across divisions, classroom training, a business innovation project, and senior mentorship (programme page). Open to graduates from any discipline with less than two years of work experience; the 2026 cohort starts 6 July 2026 (Workday listing).
• FRANKpreneurship — a 13-week summer internship for penultimate-year tertiary students, structured around an Ideation Day, an immersive bootcamp, team projects and a Grand Showcase, with an explicit fast-track route into the Graduate Talent Programme (programme page).
• Tertiary Internships — 4–6 month placements available year-round to undergraduates and postgraduates of any discipline.
• OCBC IGNITE — an internship route for final-year polytechnic students.
• Specialist trainee tracks — the Personal Financial Consultant Trainee Programme and the Mortgage Specialist Trainee Programme.
• Scholarships — the bond-free Local Undergraduate Scholarship and the bonded Regional Scholarship for overseas study.

A penultimate-year undergraduate has two distinct routes into a graduate seat here: apply directly to the Graduate Talent Programme in the final year, or compete for FRANKpreneurship a year earlier and use the internship as the fast-track. Those two routes pull from different cohorts and do not run in parallel, so the choice has to be made when an applicant is one or two years out from graduating, not at the point of applying.
