Responsibilities

  • Support the development of polytechnic structured internship programmes and provide operational and execution support when required.
  • Manage polytechnic internships end-to-end, including sourcing, recruitment, selection, and offer management.
  • Help design and execute scalable and sustainable engagement strategies for current and future interns.
  • Support campus outreach events, build alumni networks, and explore collaboration with other business units.
  • Contribute to initiatives such as digitisation and automation for candidate tracking and management, market research, and intelligence capabilities.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and support other projects as assigned.

Learning Objective

This internship will provide you with:

  • Exposure to projects to learn time and project management.
  • Experience in planning and execution of plans.
  • Opportunities to develop different communication styles to engage individuals at various levels.
