Description

This role requires a self-motivated, accountable, and technically strong individual with a diverse skill set aligned to the key qualifications below.

You enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and building strong working relationships with a variety of partners, including business partners, application owners, project managers, and technology and infrastructure teams to get work done.

You take a deep interest in working closely with business partners to drive the product feature and technology roadmap beyond the first release.

Minimum Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in testing and building automation.
• Drive end-to-end testing, including test planning, execution, defect management, and release sign-off.
• Proficiency with at least one automation framework (Selenium, Playwright, Appium, RestAssured, or equivalent) and a relevant programming language.
• Collaborate with project managers and business teams to translate requirements into testable acceptance criteria.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with performance or security testing tools.
• Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals, including test design techniques, risk-based testing, and shift-left practices.
• Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging directly with business stakeholders and translating technical findings into business impact.
• Experience building or integrating LLM-powered automation (e.g., using generative AI for test data creation, exploratory testing, or defect triage).
