The S3 HR and Management Line follows a “User-Focused and Employee-Oriented” philosophy and employs a three-pillar HR organization model. By offering “productized services and marketized management,” the S3 HR and Management Line provides comprehensive support for developing Tencent’s organization, talent, and culture, enabling employees to grow with the company.

What the Role Entails

• Support organization and culture events such as team building, Culture Day, and all-hands meetings to build rapport and engage stakeholders.
• Review employee learning and wellness programs to further enhance culture and happiness for the Amsterdam office.
• Act as the employee life-cycle champion by supporting pre-onboarding, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Maintain internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
• Handle day-to-day HR operational duties such as P-file maintenance, HR documentation, and HR-related letters.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks in collaboration with the Office Manager.
• Participate in various ad-hoc HR projects as needed.

Who We Look For

• Currently an undergraduate with a bachelor’s degree or above. Prior HR/Admin-related work experience or internships are a strong plus.
• Experience designing newsletters, EDMs, and other content for employee engagement activities.
• Proactive, energetic, and vibrant personality to engage with the business.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and follow up on actions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
