Evelyn Partners recruits early-career candidates into two named tracks, Financial Planning and Investment Management, alongside summer internships and 12-month placements for penultimate-year university students:

• Financial Planning programme: works toward the Personal Finance Society Diploma (DipPFS) and the CII's Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning, with a route to Chartered Financial Planner status
• Investment Management programme: works toward the Investment Advice Diploma (IAD) and CISI's Chartered Wealth Manager qualification
• Summer internships and 12-month placements: open to penultimate-year university students, run alongside the graduate schemes

Graduate roles on both tracks have been advertised for a September 2026 start across multiple UK offices. Because both programmes fund a multi-year professional qualification on top of full-time client work, a candidate is committing to structured study from year one rather than choosing it later.

Its Investment Management programme does not train graduates around a single in-house house view: the firm builds client portfolios using a whole-of-market, open-architecture approach spanning open-ended funds, investment trusts, and passives, an approach independent trade press also describes. For an early-career applicant, that combination means training across a broader universe of instruments and providers than at a firm run on one proprietary model portfolio, at the cost of the tighter, single-desk intimacy of a smaller boutique.
