Role
What will you be doing?
- Independently write pharmaceutical sector and company research reports.
- Prepare pre-results and post-results updates on companies.
- Build, develop, and maintain comprehensive financial models.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform value-add analysis and interpret data on market and economic events to identify and describe trends.
- Attend and report on corporate events, roadshows, company presentations, and conferences.
- Manage client requests and take ownership of workflow.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of previous work experience in equity research or IBD, including M&A or leveraged finance.
- Strong interest in the financial markets.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive to deliver results.
- Superb communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
- Intellectual curiosity, focus, and excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
- Keen research instinct and innovative problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to excellence, with high professional and ethical standards.
- A science-related degree such as medicine, pharmacology, medicinal sciences, medicinal chemistry, veterinary science, or equivalent; alternatively, relevant healthcare work experience.
