Internship Programs

The Institutional Equity Division’s Internship Programs begin with a one-day orientation, where Industrial Placement & Summer Analysts are introduced to the Firm, its core businesses, and fellow interns through a firmwide networking event. Interns then participate in divisional-specific training to build the core skills required for a successful internship experience.

Throughout the program, Industrial Placement & Summer Analysts receive hands-on, on-the-job training and exposure to a wide range of roles, products, and services across IED. Interns work alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced, client-facing, and market-driven environment, gaining practical insight into how institutional equity markets operate.

Interns will collaborate across teams on meaningful projects and initiatives to broaden and strengthen their skill sets. Two rotations within the Institutional Equity Division will be offered during the internship program.

The program also includes a Senior Management Speaker Series, desk teach-ins, cross-divisional networking opportunities, community service events, performance reviews, and a robust mentorship program.
