As a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch, you will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality. You will take a lead role in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful client relationships. Job Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations by delivering attentive and friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Proactively manage assigned clients, meeting with them both in person and over the phone to build lasting relationships, understand their financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, and consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust by asking insightful questions and listening to anticipate their needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions, such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their banking needs anytime, anywhere.
• Quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures to effectively consult with clients on banking solutions, while collaborating with or connecting them to our team of experts for specialized financial needs.
• Adhere strictly to all established policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with a proven record of establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and consistently elevate the overall client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with a proven ability to tailor product and service benefits to clients with diverse needs.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring a consistent client experience.
• Ability to operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet all internal/external risk and compliance obligations, including the completion of required training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, and state registration (including 63 if required), along with Life licenses, are minimum requirements. Unlicensed applicants must obtain necessary licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire; study materials and support will be provided.
• Ability to work branch hours, including some evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• College degree or military equivalent.
• Experience in adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
