As a Presentation Designer / Graphic Designer in the Client Deal Servicing organization, you create compelling presentation and graphic design materials that help our internal teams and external clients communicate with clarity and confidence. You work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment where quality, speed, and service matter, and you partner closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver creative, professional, cost-effective work.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake of presentation and graphic design requests to support quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Design and produce creative materials such as proposals, brochures, infographics, and complex presentation covers.
• Edit, update, and annotate presentation and multimedia files according to provided specifications.
• Prioritize multiple deadlines and manage time effectively while working independently with limited direction.
• Uphold brand standards while meeting stakeholder needs for high-quality, professional, cost-effective materials.
• Build deep proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to create and modify materials efficiently.
• Apply feedback constructively to continuously improve quality, innovation, and service excellence.
• Develop working knowledge of stakeholder workflows and roles to better anticipate document needs and provide strong service.
• Use quality and timeliness metrics to improve outputs, accuracy, and overall service performance.
• Maintain consistently high accuracy and efficiency across deliverables.
• Follow team procedures and policies, including attendance expectations, timely time submission, and information security and access procedures.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to create and refine complex presentation layouts, covers, and infographics with strong attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of design principles, visual communication, and data-driven storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and incorporate feedback and direction.
• Demonstrated adaptability, reliability, and a consistently professional, diplomatic, and approachable working style.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a global team and cross-functional partners under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Degree or formal training in graphic design and/or corporate communications.
• Experience supporting corporate presentation design in a professional services environment.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects.
• Photography skills.
• Experience with ArcGIS.
• Experience with 3D modeling.
• Illustration and/or animation skills.
