International Private Bank - Strategic Solutions Initiatives – Analyst

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized professional to join the International Private Bank, Wealth Management Solutions team in a multi-faceted role, encompassing project and organizational management. Working closely with the Head of IPB Solutions, you will play a central role in running the operating rhythm of the business, driving the strategic initiatives agenda, and ensuring leadership has the insight and materials needed to make timely decisions.

This is a broad and highly visible role that combines organizational management, executive reporting, and strategic project management and governance. You will act as a key connector across regions and lines of business, keeping workstreams joined up, surfacing risks early, and driving actions through to closure. Success in this role requires strong organizational discipline, excellent communication skills, and the ability to produce clear, executive-ready materials under tight timelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Head of IPB Solutions and your manager on the organizational management agenda, including headcount and expense planning, budget cycles, and organizational updates.
• Prepare clear, executive-ready materials for leadership meetings, governance forums, and senior reviews.
• Produce regular management updates and reporting for the Head of IPB Solutions and the leadership team.
• Track and close out actions and decisions from leadership and management meetings.
• Run the operating rhythm of the business: schedule and coordinate working sessions, prepare materials, capture actions and owners, and drive follow-up to closure.
• Maintain central documentation, trackers, and templates so the team works in a consistent, repeatable way.
• Coordinate across regions and lines of business to ensure workstreams stay joined up.
• Raise risks, issues, and dependencies early and take them through the right escalation paths.
• Maintain governance across the strategic initiatives portfolio, including workplans, milestones, dependencies, and decision trackers.
• Support prioritization management, including intake tracking, initiative taxonomy, sequencing, and capacity and impact views.
• Produce monthly portfolio reporting covering status, key risks and issues, decisions required, and upcoming milestones.
• Coordinate engagement across lines of business and regions for partnership and large client initiatives.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Strong program management fundamentals, including workplan development and management, stakeholder communication, minutes and actions discipline, and status reporting.
• Comfortable working directly with senior leaders and handling confidential information with discretion.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive follow-through across regions and workstreams.
• Able to balance project and organizational management, operational and strategic work at the same time, with shifting priorities.
• Experience in a business management, project management, strategy, or similar role, ideally in financial services, is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to turn complex information into concise, executive-ready updates.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
