Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Manage network tool utilization strategies and benchmark performance to optimize the company’s deployed capital.
• Manage and communicate improvement and implementation plans to all relevant levels and functions in Manufacturing.
• Optimize capacity of installed equipment and lead site and tool-level optimization studies for efficiency improvement.
• Collaborate with partners to understand future tool and process roadmaps, assessing network capacity impacts of process changes.
• Use AI to strengthen capital investment decisions by optimizing financial metrics, improving process flexibility, enhancing capacity sharing, and identifying equipment repurposing opportunities before purchases.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work effectively when changes are fluid.
• Possess the ability to spot, question, and highlight differences to drive resolutions with relevant collaborators.
