The Jefferies Employee Resource Group (ERG) Council invites driven students from diverse backgrounds and experiences to apply for our upcoming Insight Day. Participants will have the opportunity to meet with Jefferies professionals and experience a day in the life at a Global Investment Bank.

Eligibility

Applicants must be undergraduate students in the class of 2029.

What Selected Candidates Will Experience

Selected candidates will have the opportunity to:

• Hear directly from senior leaders who will share insights on their careers and time in the industry.
• Connect with current analysts to understand what drew them to financial services and Jefferies, and how they have navigated their early careers.
• Opt into the 2028 summer Internship interview process.

JNOBLE Fellowship Program Opportunity

Participants will also have a chance to learn about and apply to the Jefferies Network of Black and Latino Employees (JNOBLE) Fellowship Program. In addition to securing a 2028 Investment Banking internship, selected Fellows are paired with a senior mentor and receive in-person and virtual quarterly programming, including training and networking opportunities.
