Every Summer Analyst application requires a completed Suited screening assessment, and the firm restricts candidates to a single office per cycle. The choice of location is therefore the choice of application: a candidate cannot run Moelis New York and Moelis London as parallel attempts inside the same season, so the office decision is made up-front and locked.

There is no per-geo exclusion in the published policy. The conditional structure is the gate: an offer that depends on a separate visa or permit decision is not the same risk profile as one that does not, and a candidate who needs sponsorship should keep at least one application live in a geography where work-authorization is not on the critical path.

The restructuring franchise inside Capital Structure Advisory is materially larger than at most peers of its size, with mandates including the Delphi and AMR Corp reorganisations.
