Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is required.
Your efforts will focus on growing revenues, developing meaningful client relationships, and driving new business initiatives.

- Develop target-by-target strategies with clear revenue goals, action plans, and timelines; report progress against KPIs.
- Lead client conversations and articulate value proposition across FX/Rates/Commodities/Credit, positioning algos and liquidity, and handling objections to win flow.

- Originate and convert platform opportunities: deepen connectivity on BBG, 360T, FXall, and regional venues; drive onboarding and go-live to revenue.
- Partner with trading, product, and tech teams to deliver optimal pricing, algo configuration, and connectivity—maintaining sales-side accountability for timelines and client outcomes.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity.
- Strong moral character operating with the highest level of integrity and ethics.
- Comfortable presenting to, and communicating JPM’s value proposition to, diverse audiences, including Portfolio Managers, Traders, and the C-Suite.
