Division and Team Details: The Global Emerging Markets business encompasses Interest Rate Derivative, Foreign Exchange, and Cash Bond trading. Key Responsibilities

As a Trading and Client Flow Management professional, you will be responsible for:

• Building and expanding client relationships across financial institutions and corporates
• Pricing and executing Corporate and Institutional client flows
• Managing risk and optimizing portfolios
• Being responsible for execution, trade capture, and P&L sign-off of the trading book
• Continuously exploring overall platform enhancements with an emphasis on flow automation
• Optimizing product delivery and service through coordination with internal groups and pro-sales activities to ensure client satisfaction and customer loyalty
• Continuous exploration of overall platform enhancements.

Skills and Experience

• Strong understanding of financial institutions, with knowledge of FX and/or Rates products.
• Knowledge of sales, trading, and market risk concepts, gained through academic study, internships, or relevant experience.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to apply product knowledge in a trading environment.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets, trading strategies, and evolving market dynamics, with a willingness to continuously develop expertise.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to contribute effectively in a high-performance environment.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage for supporting clients across the region.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, optimize workflows to solve business problems, while applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
