Executive Administrative Assistant - Investment Banking and Capital Markets
Location: New York, NY
We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Investment Banking and Capital Markets business. This role will provide essential support to the Group Head and other Managing Directors while fostering strong collaboration with coverage partners across all regional offices. This position requires full-time, onsite presence in the New York, NY office.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel and hotel arrangements, including creating detailed itineraries and managing expense reimbursement requests.
- Arrange meetings by managing scheduling, reserving conference rooms, and coordinating catering.
- Prepare and process travel and entertainment expenses accurately and promptly.
- Organize client and team events.
- Process and track invoices for payment and follow up as necessary.
- Assist with both onboarding and offboarding processes, including desk coordination, floor access, and ID creation.
- Provide presentation support to the Group Head and Business Manager using PowerPoint and Excel.
- Act as a daily liaison with high-profile individuals and ensure timely, accurate follow-up on all assigned projects.
- Arrange necessary coverage when executives are away from the office.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the Investment Banking and Capital Markets (IBCM) policies and guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a College degree.
- Proven ability to work effectively to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Highly self-motivated and willing to handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation and Expectations
The salary range for this position in New York City is $60K to $95K. Actual salary offers will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location, and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation.
Employees hired for this role are expected to adhere to the Bank's hybrid working model while working from the New York, NY office.
