Officer - Sales Enablement, Client Portal Services & Derivatives Client Services - Operations (18 Months Contract )

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven candidate to collaborate with various stakeholders to participate in and support system migration and corresponding testing. The successful candidate will join the Client Services department and participate in divisional projects, liaising with IT, project managers, and internal business users to execute and complete the system migration and testing.

Responsibilities

• Execute and verify testing results diligently.
• Identify unexpected issues and liaise with IT for investigation and the implementation of fixes.
• Provide day-to-day support to external clients accessing HKEX portals to familiarize them with the systems and workflow, thereby contributing to the project.
• Perform administrative tasks and assist team members with ad-hoc duties.
• Undertake additional assignments and projects as delegated by the supervisor.

Requirements

• University degree or higher.
• 1–2 years of working experience in the financial industry, preferably in roles related to Client Services and/or Operations, with previous exposure to system enhancement projects.
• A team-player attitude and a self-driven learning mindset.
• Strong self-organization, task prioritization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in securities/finance/customer services, with exposure to Hong Kong and Mainland markets, is welcomed.
