Your Opportunity
Taking responsibility and ownership of production for all ranges of factsheets, commentaries, and other BAU tasks, including:
- Vermilion pre-checks and monthly running
- Disclaimer changes
- South African quarterly MDDs
- Client bespoke reports
- Statement mailing (6 monthly)
- DC institutional updates (quarterly)
- Procedure updates (6 monthly at minimum)
- Maintain communication logs for the factsheet process.
- Provide ongoing project management support of all factsheets and ad hoc projects alongside the IT Team.
- Support large volumes of detailed testing of new systems as necessary.
- Resolve queries, both internal and external, including managing the team inbox.
- Complete peer review of other team members’ work.
- Become a subject matter expert for internal data systems (Vermilion), and provide training where required to enable self-service.
- Stay attentive to regulatory changes, brand guidelines, and product strategy to produce up-to-date reporting deliverables.
- Compile monthly and quarterly management information.
- Continuously improve processes and ways of working to benefit the end client and deliver on Janus Henderson’s client experience strategy.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.

Must Have Skills
- Previous factsheet and/or reporting experience essential; 1–3 years preferred
- Experience working in the investment management industry, with good knowledge of investment products and markets
- Some understanding of the regulatory framework, with particular focus on Consumer Duty, and FCA/ESMA rules relating to financial promotions
- Strong proficiency in written and verbal communication, demonstrating the ability to connect with every level within the organisation
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Highly organised, confident, decisive, focused, and enthusiastic self-starter
- Capable of working under pressure with large volumes of work and to tight deadlines
- Ability to establish effective objectives and priorities, and manage expectations
- Adept at working as part of an effective team and autonomously
- Attention to detail

- Pro-active, using initiative
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt swiftly to new tasks

Annual Bonus Opportunity
The position may be eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on company, department, team, and individual performance.
