Role details
Key Responsibilities
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging team.
- Collaborate with trading and financing desks, counterparties, exchanges, prime brokers, and custodians.
- Identify and implement technology and process-improvement opportunities.
- Develop skills by solving complex business problems in the industry.
- Help reduce inefficiencies across the trade lifecycle.
Qualifications and Interests
- Interest in learning about financial markets and products.
- Understanding of the full life-cycle of a trade across different asset classes, including fixed income and equity products.
- Interest in securities financing, including prime brokerage, swap, tri-party, stock loan, and repo.
- Ability and interest in data analysis and coding.
Required Skills and Attributes
- Detail-oriented and results-driven approach to solving complex problems.
- Strong analytical capability, including the ability to manipulate and review large data sets, draw conclusions, and implement solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent academic background.
