What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operational Risk Management: Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of operational risks across banking operations and processes.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in reviewing existing workflows and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service quality, and control effectiveness.
  • Automation Initiatives: Support process enhancement and system automation projects that streamline manual activities and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse operational data, trends, and performance metrics to identify insights and support decision-making.
  • Risk and Control Reviews: Assist in evaluating process risks, control gaps, and operational inefficiencies, and support the development of practical recommendations.
  • Project Support: Participate in operational improvement and transformation projects, including planning, testing, implementation, and monitoring activities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders across business and support functions to gather requirements, understand operational challenges, and support improvement initiatives.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Provide support on operational risk, quality management, and service improvement initiatives as assigned.
